Which platforms do you manage? +
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are where most local businesses get the best return. If your audience is somewhere else, we'll figure that out during the strategy phase.
Do you create the graphics too? +
Yes. Copy and graphics are both included. Everything is created to match your brand, or we'll develop a consistent style if you don't have one yet.
How involved do I need to be? +
As much or as little as you like. Most clients approve the monthly content calendar and then step back. If you want to be more hands-on, that's fine too.
Is social a separate cost from my other marketing? +
No. Social is one of the channels covered by a single monthly retainer, from £250. You're not billed per channel, so if your budget is better spent elsewhere first, I'll tell you.
How do you measure whether it's working? +
Reach, engagement, profile visits and any direct enquiries we can attribute. Social builds gradually and I'll tell you that honestly. No dressing up vanity metrics to make the report look better than it is.
